Arthur JeffreySTEVENS(Born 18th April 1938. Died 29th December 2021.) John, Arthur's twin brother, together with his family would like to thank all friends and those of his neighbours who by their presence and thoughts expressed their condolences follow the passing of Arthur. Thank you to Coles Funeral Directors, Rumney and especially Amanda and Laura of The Willows Pub, St Mellons who held joyous musical celebration of Arthur's life and shared the humorous anecdotes which followed him wherever he went.
